Arizona Chapter Founder — PCRF

Dr. Wishah founded the Arizona chapter of the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund (PCRF), mobilizing volunteers and producing fundraising/awareness events that support Palestinian children in need of specialized medical care.

Doctors Against Genocide

Through Doctors Against Genocide, Dr. Wishah joins healthcare professionals advocating for protection of civilians, medical workers, and healthcare infrastructure in conflict zones, and for access to humanitarian aid.

Endurance for Good — Chicago Marathon

About to run her third Chicago Marathon to raise funding for Palestinian children.

Street Medicine Phoenix

As a volunteer with Street Medicine Phoenix, Dr. Wishah works alongside a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide medical care directly to people experiencing homelessness. The team goes into the community—meeting individuals where they are—to offer wound care, chronic disease management, medications, and compassionate support. This work has deepened her understanding of barriers to healthcare access and strengthened her commitment to serving vulnerable populations with dignity and respect.

RAD-AID International

Through RAD-AID International, Dr. Wishah contributes to global radiology education and telemedicine initiatives. Her work primarily supports Guyana, where she helps train radiology residents and assists with clinical case reviews. These collaborations enhance local diagnostic capacity and foster sustainable medical education by empowering physicians with advanced radiologic knowledge and practical skills.

Gaza Health Oppurtunity

In partnership with Gaza Health Opportunity, Dr. Wishah participates in telemedicine consultations aimed at improving access to specialized medical expertise for patients in Gaza. Through virtual collaboration, she assists with diagnostic imaging interpretation and case discussions to support local healthcare providers. The initiative underscores the importance of technology and international solidarity in delivering critical care to regions facing resource and access challenges.

Phoenix Children's Hospital

While working with Phoenix Children's Hospital, Dr. Wishah was involved with the organization's Diversity Committee, and she worked with White Coats for Black Lives to promote justice and equality for Americans of all races, backgrounds, ands religions.

NYRR Team for Kids

Dr. Wishah will be participating in New York Road Runners Team for Kids, marathon to raise funds for NYRR, which aims to build healthier lives for children, as well as removing barriers to exercise for all people of all ages
